Buying Fassona beef in bulk is one of the most rewarding ways to stock your freezer with premium, authentic Italian-style beef. The process looks a little different than a standard grocery store purchase, but at Fassona Beef, we believe in making it clear, simple, and transparent.
Here is exactly how your beef goes from our California ranch to your family freezer.
Step 1. Secure Your Share with a Deposit
1/8 Beef Deposit: $300
1/4 Beef Deposit: $500
To reserve your Fassona beef, you will place a non-refundable deposit through our website. This secures your share for an upcoming harvest cycle and allows us to schedule your processing slot.
Our available bulk beef options are 1/4 beef and 1/8 beef shares. Details about what is included in each option can be found directly in the product descriptions.
Step 2. Harvest & Yield Weight Calculation
Once the animal is harvested, it is weighed in yield weight.
We offer 1/4 and 1/8 Fassona beef shares based on the yield weight. Your final total will depend on the exact weight of your share, minus the deposit you already paid.
The Quarter Fassona Pack — 1/4 Beef: $25/lb yield weight
The Eighth Fassona Pack — 1/8 Beef: $25/lb yield weight
Your final total will depend on the exact yield weight of your share, minus the deposit you already paid.
Step 3. Final Payment & Processing
After harvest, your Fassona beef is processed into individual cuts, cryovac sealed, boxed, and prepared for your family. Once we receive the final weight and processing details, we will send your final invoice with your deposit applied toward the balance.
Once the final invoice is paid, your beef will be ready for nationwide shipping, regional delivery, or pickup.
Step 4. Nationwide Shipping, Regional Delivery & Pickup
Fassona Beef ships throughout the United States via Fedex. Each order is carefully cryovac sealed, packed in insulated boxes, and shipped frozen so your beef arrives cold and ready to transfer into your freezer.
From our California ranch, Fassona Beef ships premium, authentic Italian-style beef to customers across the United States, with regional delivery and pickup options available when possible.
Our exact ranch location and regional delivery service area are still being finalized. Delivery may be available within approximately 100 miles of our ranch and will be coordinated based on customer location, route availability, and scheduled delivery dates.
Customers may also arrange to pick up their order directly from the ranch or designated pickup point when available.
How does shipping, delivery, or pick-up work?

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate the best fulfillment option. Depending on your location and order type, your beef may be shipped nationwide, delivered regionally, picked up at a scheduled centralized pickup location, or picked up directly when available.
Your beef will be frozen, boxed, and ready to transfer into your freezer.
